PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I designed and developed the Natixis Purple Café Display, a dynamic showcase blending architectural precision with brand storytelling. The project featured a custom-built glass display case, branded environmental graphics, and technical schematics to ensure flawless fabrication and installation.

Key contributions included:
Creating detailed technical drawings for the display case, including shelving, lighting, and hardware specifications.
Designing branded environmental graphics that integrated seamlessly into the café’s interior architecture.
Collaborating with fabricators and project managers to translate conceptual designs into functional, polished installations.
Showcasing Natixis-branded merchandise and collateral in a visually engaging, organized layout.
This installation transformed the café into a bold, immersive brand experience, reinforcing Natixis’ identity while adding an element of visual storytelling to their workspace.

Challenge
The Natixis Purple Café Display required designing an installation that functioned as both a branded interior feature and a structurally sound architectural element. The challenge lay in creating a visually compelling display case, crafted from glass and custom hardware, that communicated Natixis’ brand identity while meeting strict fabrication, safety, and installation requirements. Every detail had to align with architectural constraints, environmental branding standards, and the physical realities of a high-traffic corporate space. The project demanded precision, coordination, and a balance between creative expression and technical feasibility.
Insight
High-impact corporate installations succeed when design and engineering work in harmony. Research into fabrication workflows and environmental branding revealed that misalignment between concept and build specifications often leads to installation issues, inconsistent brand expression, or increased production costs. The insight was clear: the design needed to foreground structural clarity, accurate dimensions, and material behaviors just as much as aesthetics. By treating the display as both a brand moment and a functional architectural enhancement, the final installation could communicate Natixis’ identity in a way that felt intentional, durable, and integrated into the space.
Execution
The project was developed through a dual-track process: experiential design and technical documentation.
Key execution components included:
Custom Glass Display Design: Created a clean, modern case concept that aligned with Natixis’ visual language and the architectural style of the café area.
Environmental Graphics: Applied brand elements, color, typography, and visual motifs, to the surrounding surfaces, ensuring the display contributed to the broader environmental narrative.
Technical Schematics: Produced precise drawings detailing dimensions, materials, joinery, mounting strategies, and fabrication specifications, enabling seamless engineering and installation.
Fabrication-Ready Assets: Delivered files optimized for production teams, bridging the gap between design intent and build execution.
Throughout the process, aesthetic direction and technical accuracy were treated with equal importance to ensure the final structure matched the design vision.
Impact
The Natixis Purple Café Display became a standout architectural element, elevating the café environment while strengthening the company’s brand presence. The integration of structural clarity, refined graphics, and precise fabrication documentation resulted in an installation that was both visually engaging and structurally sound. The project showcases an ability to merge environmental design, brand storytelling, and technical production, a skill set essential for creating experiential spaces that resonate and endure. As a portfolio piece, it demonstrates mastery in designing functional architectural features that deliver high-impact brand experiences.
